Thank you for this review! We’d like to provide some clarity around LMI’s 401(K) employer contributions. After a salaried employee completes one year of service at LMI, the company contributes 4% of their base salary to their 401(K), regardless of the employee’s level of contribution. Then, LMI will match up to a maximum of 3% of a salaried employee’s 401(K) contributions. LMI’s contributions are 100% vested upon deposit to an employee’s 401(K) account.
