      Tough but fair. Company holds it's employees to a high standard, but is willing to support you every step of the way. VERY kind people who are looking to make it a warm, welcoming environment. A lot of growth and improvement, both tangible and intangible. A clear focus on bettering themselves as a company and moving forward in the world.
