LOQI is a great company to work for qwith flexible WFH options

No clear direction from management

Great coworkers! We're all in it together. Good opportunity for college-grads (but be careful you don't pickup any bad habits).

The President will micromanage your job one day, then be completely unreachable for months. Questions are seen as insubordination and you will be exiled for disagreeing with the President or her yes-men. The commission is non-existent and most employees are underpaid. No help, support, or clarity within the company; the President must be asked before your question can be answered. Frequent last-minute projects and chaotic work-flow due to President's dawdling around with details. If the President does not understand it immediately (like a project management app) she will delete it.
