Personally, I like that it's an online brokerage with 100% commission. Anytime I need support, I have received it in a timely manner. LPT has a lot of offerings that you can pay extra for to elevate your business.

You have to be self motivated and be comfortable working independently unless you join a team.

This is mostly a remote company.

There is a lack of foundational business and real estate knowledge at the executive level here. The internal strife and poor strategic decision-making make for a highly unstable environment. Good talent is consistently leaving due to a toxic employee culture and a complete lack of appreciation.
