With over 20 services we offer at the group we strive to create a welcoming and supportive work environment for all, so everyone can widen their skillset if they wish to. We understand the importance of work-life balance and are continuously evaluating feedback from Glassdoor reviews, Employee Engagement Surveys and the Employee Voice Group to better accommodate the needs of our people. Following an Engagement Survey we changed working hours for Property Management to no weekend work, which has improved work-life balance. Our Google Reviews as an organisation is at 4.5 stars out of 5 which is something we pride ourselves on. Albeit, we are always looking to improve our customer satisfaction and have recently been accredited by the institute of Customer Service, which will help maintain and enhance service standards.
