Most of the Development Officers (DOs) are collaborative and helpful, although this is a recent change. The Foundation is also trying to expand and provide better support to the DOs.

While Central Office is expanding and trying to refine their operations, the DOs are left without enough support to fundraise. It seems that you receive more resources/support if you are with a larger college/unit.
