Working for a small, newly commercial company, I get to wear many hats. No day is the same as the last. Our CEO tells us to be "bold" in our approach to our jobs, which is a fun directive to receive! And being that we're a small, young company, we get to see fast and nimble product and process improvements which is exciting. Everyone plays a roll, and communication is pretty easy and open Everyone is very friendly.

Lantos Technologies is a small start-up company filled with some very friendly people, that are extremely talented across the board. These are people that genuinely care about your overall well being and life outside of work. Working here never gets too boring; you're going to have many hats and get to have amazing experiences in many areas that might not even relate to your job function. There's a lot of potential to gain many skills and learn new disciplines while working at Lantos. There's a level of satisfaction that many things you do on a daily basis may often be world firsts as the technology is really unique. Work/life balance is sort of dependent on what you do, and how long it takes you to get it done. Some people came in regularly at 9am and would leave by 4pm, while others came in much earlier and left much later. Cornhole is pretty fun too.

Ever since the new leadership was brought in the org chart became an upside down pyramid. There are more executives and top level management then there is workforce. The compensation between these levels is also rather large, more so because engineers are severely under compensated compared to the market average.
