Upper management are fair and they will listen to what you have to say. They will adjust wherever necessary in compliance to company, state and federal standards of what you bring forth in concern.

The staff turnovers are ridiculously high and it's quite obvious as to why. Stop hiring just ANYONE without further filtering and scrutiny of their true colors. New hires get far too comfortable and end up doing unprofessional things.
