Exciting projects hindered by poor management and support roles - Recensione dipendente - Senior Software Engineer presso LTM Limited

Most are support projects. No work life balance if you're in them even as a developer. The manager doen't know what they do half the time and always lie us about the client reviews on us. Did not let me leave and asked me to serve complete 90 days of notice period even though I had 40 days of leaves left and requested them to deduct them to reduce the period. Had to provide the KT even to my manager as I was doing half the work that manager supposed to do. Mine was a US manufacturing client.
