Over the summer, I was lucky enough to gain experience at Ludex. Ludex is a great place to work! The CEO and COO value the growth of their company as a whole and the individual growth of each of their employees. All employees work in the office, which I viewed as a major benefit. This helped a strong work place bond to be formed, especially in such a fast paced environment. A great community was formed between all teams by having weekly company meetings. The executives worked hard to listen to and accommodate all employees, which is not always seen at a startup. They even expanded the office space to fit the needs and preferences of each team or department. The company also values community service. In my time at Ludex, the company began planning to participate in 3 different philanthropic events benefitting ALS Chicago. It was very clear to me that there was a strong push for philanthropic endeavors from the beginning stages of the formation of the company. I loved being apart of a company that aligned with my values and encouraged it's employees to participate in these types of events.

The location is great for those living in the City and right off the Highway for those who drive in, but it is a bit far from the train station.
