I have been with LUMICKS for less than a year but I have to say this is easily one of the best companies I have worked for. It's a flat organizational structure and management truly cares for their employees. They want everyone to develop professionally and personally. It's also so great to be surrounded by such brilliant individuals.

Upper management, with the new CEO (not Oliver anymore), has no knowledge of the field they are trying to get into. This led to the change directions without any valid rationale - purely based on their "hypothesis" (sometimes they don't even have a hypothesis, lol).
