Low Pay, poor culture, low support and low effort onboarding experience. For such a large company LVMH lacks the internal automation & Infrastructure of many of its peers. Many people start off as contract workers and the company treats contractors as second class employees. Not a great place to start after grad school or undergrad as professional development opportunities are limited if existing at all
