He did not pay me the salary we had agreed upon, $38,000.00. My mistake was shaking hands on the agreed upon salary and not asking for this in writing. When I left after only 3 months I demanded paystubs for all of my paychecks (he did not provide paystubs and paid me with a personal check) and he gave me a paystub that reflected a salary of $31,000.00. Because I had nothing in writing all I was left with was a "my word against yours" situation. This guy is a liar, a thief and a fraud. I won't even mention how he runs his "law practice" and treats his clients.
