If you decide that you do not like working there they will keep your last check to cover the stuff that they make you buy. Poor vacation time and you will have to work on most holidays. You will come in most days at 2:30am and work until late afternoon. They hold your last check to make you show up for an exit interview but it does not appear that they do anything to improve from them.
