Awful PTO Not many holidays off Blackout for months (meaning no taking off those months every year) Upper management is a bit of a mess… no clear direction in where they are trying to take the company, no clear goals, no clear values, etc. There’s clear favoritism throughout the company- favorites receive different treatment and much more flexibility
