If you’re good at what you do, you’ll be given the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and learn different parts of the business. The management team is also dedicated to developing young professionals and teaching them the skills to set them up for a successful career… which is nice when you start your first job out of college and have no idea what you’re doing. Office employees are expected to work 8-5, but that’s what you get paid for so you can’t complain too much about it.
