You get a revolving door of employees, due to hiring through temp agency. Very high turnover so if you like training people over and over again you'll love this place

Management (salaried employees), very forced to work very long days. There is no cross communication amongst departments. Everyone, including management is looking out for themselves. They keep their knowledge to themselves because everyone is afraid to lose their job due to a very unfriendly and aggressive Plant Manager who pits supervisors/managers against each other
