Typically newest person on staff. -management doesn't manage. Expect to be on your own when it comes to disputes. Management is frequently too nice and won't fire coworkers that are so bad that you will hate your shifts with them. Managers are all nice caring people, but they are not good at managing. -not enough hours available if you're looking for a job to support yourself. Mainly a job for people who want minimal responsibility and just some spending money.
