This "job" is full of lies from start to finish. It begins with an interview process that claims to be selective, telling you that you were the one candidate selected out of 50 yet on my first day I saw at least 3 other people that I interviewed with. From there its a lot of empty promises of opportunities from growth and advancement, doing a whole lot of jumping through hoops to prove yourself to a bunch of condescending "managers" and one nose-high CEO, and being sent all over the Ohio area 7-days a week for inadequate compensation. For my first assignment I was sent to a Sams's club 1.5 hours away but was told 45 mins before my report time then my mentor and the CEO claimed to be giving me a break by not marking me late. Let's be clear, you will be standing in a Sam's Club, pestering shoppers, rambling off rehearsed lines, trying to trick people into buying standard products. My main regret is that it took me more than a month to realize that the same marketing tricks I was being taught were being used by management to convince me that this place was anything worth my time. Avoid at all costs!!!
