Some autonomy in the individual plants, must have Good GM for this to work.... Decent support from Corporate office. Decent pay, good benefit options. Great hours! Love working with most everyone in our plant! Company as a whole cares about the community and the customer experience.

No place for advancement for certain positions. Don't feel as if Office Managers are very respected or valued in this company.
