Everyone is treated with fairness and respect. Nothing like getting up every morning wanting to go into work and start the day. Nothing is boring at Lamar Advertising.

The business systems need some overdue upgrading. Lamar as started in some areas, but are a little slow in adapting change in a very free flowing industry. It can be a bit frustrating.
