Higher ups seemed to do whatever they wanted

Highly creative driven. The product is everything. Office locations have always been great, near beach. Collaborative environment. Great co-workers. Great clients. Personal growth opportunities IF you're willing to be stretched and challenged. You will need to work hard to earn trust and respect, don't expect it day one.

Small office politics at times. A few bad apples can kill morale. Some long hours depending on the projects. The drive for perfectionism can take it's toll if you let it get to you. Your work will be publicly critiqued by all and sometimes that doesn't feel good.
