I like this job, and I think that I can develop well

I see no disadvantages to working in this company

Can't really name any pros except that you get a yearly bonus (maybe get a bonus).

Stay away from this company. I don't advise anyone to work here. They have you sign a contract for 2 years with Professional Aviation Management AKA Professional Business Concepts and if you leave before you would need to pay back about 5,000 dollars. Also upper management does not care about the mechanics. They overwork you with no pay increase, you feel like your working in a hostile and bad work environment, lack of communication, Shift changes every four months, supervisors are just there to follow orders and put mechanics at risk without using the proper equipment or tools . The company just hire mechanics from George T. baker. Company doesn't care if they loose mechanics or not, of course they always have George T.Baker students with no expeirence and they fall for the 2 yr contract with just about 19 an hour. This place is only good to get experience and move on to a much better company.
