Just don't expect back up from a management structure and HR department that does not realise it exists to support frontline services.

Just wanted to say if anyone wanted to become a on call fire fighter then I would highly recommend it as it's so rewarding

There is none unless you want to class the pagers as a con only because it scares you when it wakes you up haha
