A very unorganized and selfish company to work for. -Very little room for advancement (unless your idea of advancement is adding the word "senior" or "team leader" to your job title and giving you a 3% raise after years of service) -They do not pay for your parking ($80-150 a month) -terrible health benefits (As an employee you will pay close to $500 a month to keep your family of 4 insured) -No company culture ( No one is happy or proud to work here. Everyone is micro-managed.) -So much turnover (Employees quit on a weekly basis, you can't blame them)
