I joined Lancesoft with a lot of hopes of learning something new. And Lancesoft exceeded my expectations in terms of scope of learning something new. The people at Lancesoft are awesome and are very co-operative and fun to work with. I would not miss mentioning our Director, Viren Sir. He is such an awesome person, I never ever expected that I will get a Director like him to work with. He is very friendly, understanding and is very fun loving as well. It’s an awesome experience of working with him. I am really happy having Jason as my manager. He is an awesome soul and I do admire him a lot both personally and professionally. I am really happy the way things are shaping up here. I totally love the culture at Lancesoft of having fun at work. I have never seen a company like this ever before and am looking for a long tenure here at Lancesoft.

The only con that I see here is that there is no appreciation for the Operations Team. I really do like the idea of appreciating the recruiters as they are putting up a lot of efforts to get the offers which in turns generates business for the company. However, our team really does work hard in taking care of the welfare of the contractors and retain them for a longer possible tenure. I feel that an appreciation for our hard work and efforts will be a great morale boost.
