Treat their employees like next to nothing. Very target oriented. Managers would make you work on weekends to achieve targets. Long working hours and salary below average industry wise. Bad Leave Policy. Micromanagement and Senior Executives have rude behaviour. No pickup and Drop facility available for men. No healthcare and medical benefit provided. Exit Formalities are worst of all.
