      Entire organization is technical. They train their employees so that they can get a job anywhere. Most of the MicroStrategy talent in Bangalore has worked at Lancet.. Competitive salaries. Great work location.

      Management doesn't care about high maintenance employees. If you are not technical, this might not be a place for you.
