Landforce became almost like a family the hard work didn't seem like hard work but if you were an outsider from the job you think this is the hardest thing you ever did in your whole tire life but to us it was fun

Downside of working four Landforce is it seasonal

Very close to my house. Good hours when you're not cut.

* Unlike previous employees, the owner doesn't bother me too much. At first, she did, and it almost seemed like she wanted to find an issue with my work. * My biggest issue is the unnecessary childish drama between the two dispatchers. * They will cut your hours. I have a chronic illness where I need medication; otherwise, I quite literally can't function. They took that as me not wanting to work and made me stay home for two more days. * You will feel bad for the drivers you hire. None of them will stay long. * No overtime. * No make-up hours. * No holiday pay. * The owner is cheap and disregards the mechanics.
