Easy work; during down time was able to work on homework assignments until prospective new residents stopped by the leasing office

Terrible pay ($9/hr in a big city); terrible management that took away benefits offered in contract; terrible commission setup as for each lease signed you would only get a $25 bonus but that is after the applicant has paid ALL associated fees which sometimes took up to half a year; terrible for student workers as they said that if you left the city over the summer for an internship you would be fired

Great staff when I worked there

No room for promotion. No future. Low pay . One of the Lowest pay for maintenance in the area. You’re expected to do everything in house and they won’t pay for the parts you need to fix things. The only people making money are management. They’re well taken care of. You’re have to commit to working every day for a month during summer.
