      Nice to be able to contribute at a high level as a learning student. They trust their interns and give real projects to them. Some analysts are just lazy and dish the crud, but others mentor and give insight on big projects. Refreshing

      20/hrs a week in college is a lot. Structure in trainings but no initiative from majority of analysts about teaching why things are used or project specific information
