Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a job. They are fair in their management and leadership, they have great company and department lunches every month. Their focus is to build the company as a place you feel welcome no matter what is going on outside the front doors. There is always a ton of room to grow! If you are hired on in one position but it is not working well for you, instead of being let go they sit down and help find the best spot for you before anything else. The CEO is friendly, and always making sure his employees are happy and successful. Very personable company, I have loved every minute of my employment here, and have no intentions of leaving anytime soon.

I wish we had paid vacations, but we get most every holiday off, including the little ones you wouldn't normally have off. There can be slow days, and its is hard to stay positive when there is little inbound calls, or a low work load.
