Weak Product Management lead Lack of career path in Product&Tech (been almost 3 ys in company and when asked about grown path, they would say they are working on it...) Very conservative when it comes to change status quo or make questions. UX Writing is inexisting Long term plan for product management too No prioritise product design or refinements towards a smart product, but they usually prioritise producing a big number of features. Product management has been completely kidnapped by Sales.
