The people were great and benefits were the best

the salaries could have been a bit better

Great technology team / leadership focused on patient-centric development. That's about it unfortunately.

1. Constantly dealing with the legal process, royalties/payouts/loses increasing. 2. Poor Senior Management team - if you really look at this team, the CEO has no experience with a company like this or in this market. The Finance VP is outmatched against stronger peers and the company is in a constant flux of turnover (Poor HR Management). 3 Strikes.... 3. The talent does not exist today to take the company public, so the only exit strategy is acquisition by a larger entity.
