Despite having a smaller team, the current HR personnel are highly responsive, approachable, and genuinely committed to supporting employees. They consistently follow up on employee concerns, communicate updates and clearly. Moreover working in a team with helpful and friendly colleges helps us work in a positive environment.

Some processes are still manual and could benefit from automation. Training for new employees could be more structured. Career advancement opportunities could be more clearly defined, and communication between departments could be improved. Workloads can be demanding during busy periods, but this is manageable with proper planning.
