Love it! - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Representative presso Lapp

I've worked for Lapp USA for a few years and I really enjoy it. My co-workers are friendly and engaged in the work and really seem to like working here. Diverse teams are a plus. I can work half of my week at home/in the office which is great, and my hours are flexible. It's a casual office space and the benefits are standard. My manager is pretty hands off and allows me to get my work done so that is a plus, but the workload can be a bit overwhelming at times.

Teams are small so people seem to wear a lot of hats. Stress levels can be high at times, but it dies down. Opportunities for growth seem to be limited because of the small department sizes, at least in my area. Tech is not really that advanced and can use some upgrades to systems but it's workable.

There is nothing positive to write about.

Inefficient and dictatorial top management. Lack of system and processes. Poor work life balance
