6yI'm sorry to hear that your experience with Las Trampas was not good. As stated in some of my other replies, we are working on replacing our old day program facility with a new, state-of-the-art building. Also, our limited funding from the state has made wages a huge challenge for not only Las Trampas, but for providers of services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the state. We continue to advocate for our staff.
We continue to provide training to all staff and management to improve the culture of the organization. Your feedback has been heard.
