Company is full of "yes-men" and fortunately for them, reviews don't have negative scoring. Everyone is afraid of loosing their job because of unreasonable COO (Alan), who has no control on his temper and would disrespect everyone no matter who it is. Company even got several letters from prospective clients explaining his rude behavior. They will make excuses to cover their unlawful acts, discrimination, favoritism, disorganization, last minute running around, changing stuff, trying to copy someone's idea / product and blame you without appreciating how good job you do. They lack technology, no MIS / ERP system in place and it's completely chaos. And yes, they still use Excel for everything, complete joke. All their games are from 80s and 90s which even developers & R&D head is ashamed of, seriously Nintendo Wii has better games than they do. None of their "custom" function more than couple hours They're ready to go under any day. I waisted my year.
