It's a typical start up culture. The company is run only with 3 to 4 seniors all the other employees are not needed. High attrition rate, no sane employee stays here for a long time. No proper collaboration, a lot of blame game which stems from the seniors No professionalism or etiquette you can expect in this company Management will not listen to employee's concerns and fosters a toxic working environment No proper training to freshers
