Don't bother considering the 100% match for the 401K plan. Chances are extremely high that you won't stick around for the 5 years you must wait for this to kick in. Upper management has zero respect for the account management/sales team. It is common to be talked down on and to be singled out by the CEO in the middle of a company-wide meeting for something she did not like. Employees are always being watched and there is a high level of distrust. Some people drink the kool-aid and buy into the fanaticism but these are also the people whose self-esteem has been beaten down. Unless you SOMEHOW get on the good side of upper management (which is a close-knit family), it is a toxic place to work.

working at Laserfiche has been a fantastic experience. I'm not even kidding. From the moment I started, everyone was just so helpful and the whole team is super collaborative. Things change fast and project shift midflight because technology changes. You got to be adaptable and ready to change or be completely disappointed. Work loads can vary greatly. There is a heavy focus on security. Sometimes you have to work on legacy systems.

Low trust in employees’ ability to do their job. Upper management and executives set expectations that just make the job more difficult especially when flexibility to work with multiple time zones are a must.
