With Lassonde Pappas being a smaller company, you have the opportunity to make more of an impact. High level of interaction with the senior leadership team, from new hire socials to monthly town hall meetings with juice tastings. At the corporate office, the CEO makes it a point to either meet with or have breakfast/lunch with every new employee within the first couple of months. From a training perspective, every employee has to create a development plan with their manager to focus on their personal and professional growth.
It also seems like the leadership team cares about and is involved with my personal engagement level at the company which I never really had before at pervious organizations.
Plus, as a someone who loves fruit, the free daily deliveries of fresh fruit and fruit juices is great!
