Thank you for your insight! I am sorry you didn’t enjoy your time working at Lassonde Pappas. Unfortunately, we’re restricted by the design of our building and are not able to seat everyone close enough to a window to allow for natural light. That choice is not made consciously as the floor plan is laid out to enhance communication among departments. It is true that we have high expectations of our employees, as we try to encourage everyone to grow and develop their skills as opposed to being stagnate in their current role. Managers are held to the same high standards as their employees, if not higher, as we are a growing company, and need dedicated, hungry employees to support that growth.
