Less work or no work incase of analog department . Good managers for digital and char departments.US team very proactive and wants individual development of each employee

Micro management , No proper work life balance, Indian management does not treat well and a hostile environment . Any counter ideas or arguments are subjected to heavy criticism. The learning curve and career path goes down.HR has no role in the company .

Good team, at least at our local level and others in our team at other sites, we worked well together and got things done.

Management change-overs. In my time there, my direct supervisor had changed 6 or 7 times, position above that 2 or 3, CIO changed 3 times, and CEO changed 3 times. My entire chain of command from just above me to CEO, had changed multiple times since I started. This contributed to lack of focus on our team, and lack of any kind of career progress for me.
