      There was inconsistency between sites, my previous supervisor guilt-tripped me into working shifts I didn't agree to, "forgot" to submit several time off requests, and was late to meetings she requested. I had a similar experience with HR, as I was hired and then told that the company had accidentally hired too many people and they no longer had a position for me. Someone quit quickly and I took their position, but I should have seen that as a warning sign.

      - The PTO is extremely generous and you get whole weeks off for some holiday's because school is not in session - Friendly and welcoming upper management - Easy to communicate with and helpful with answering questions when I first started - Love the community and environment, happy to see the dedication to diversity and inclusion for the programs and within the organization!! - Fulfilling to work for a non-profit and feel like I am making a difference to building equitable access to education resources for young students

      - Working directly with kids can have it's ups and downs, but it is part of choosing to work kids (helped that there is a lot of PTO to help balance) - Can't have the flexibility of working from home if in a teacher position
