Laundry locker is a great place to work. The staff works well with my schedule and the perks on laundry is awesome.

Not having a 401k.

Opportunity to feel like you're part of something really cool and fun. Management listens to your ideas and values their employees. Opportunity to shape the company and affect real change/have an impact. Great work environment, no stuffy offices, fast pace.

No real downsides. It's a busy company with lots to do in a constantly evolving industry but I find that a positive.
