LS has such a problem with hiring and promoting incredibly creepy and toxic men. Danny Nunez the CMO was hitting on an intern I knew through Instagram DM's and once he realized she was working at LS he tried to back track what he was saying. He verbally accosted me personally on calls and I witnessed him being sexist. And in my years there I just saw him continually get promoted. I only survived working there since everyone was remote. I cannot imagine being in office. Additionally during my time there I saw them fire two other men in design leadership for sexual harassment or being drunk on calls. Happy they eventually addressed it but it took far too long to be addressed. If you are not a sexist sports bro you will never fit in.
