Advanced technology stack. They use advanced technologies and are not afraid of trying new things. The skill section in my resume literally doubled after working there. Also, nice salary, perfect work/life balance, friendly staff, good (and FREE) coffee and bagels. Social life is also good and supported by company's management (boarding games, video games, scotch club, and etc.)

Office location, although it highly depends on where you live in Montreal

Very dynamic company with lots of opportunity. The office environment is exceptional. Great people, flexible work hours, good work-life balance. The challenges are continuous which means you never have a dull day!

Office is not downtown, may be an inconvenience for some.
