      array of services great for kids; agency serves the community and has expanded through years building bigger continuum for kids and families.

      pay tough and being able to take time off as agency has great benefits but when you are direct care like I was it was hard to be able to take time off since we were always short staffed.

      good job title, exposure to the reality of this sector

      A good bulk of the direct care staff pride themselves on being hostile. They are boastful about their unprofessionalism. Extraordinarily toxic environment. Disorganized. The staff act like gang members. A very unfortunate environment for the children.
