They have no loyalty to you as an employee and don't value you personally. They treat you like you are replaceable. If you like to move around then you will fit in just fine but once you state that you want to be in one place for longer than 1 year you will just be ignored. I have personally seen them "bid shop" during estimates and they treat the sub contractors horribly.
