      -There could be more training. -Profit sharing isn't always based how it should be. If you are "louder" you tend to partake of more than actually who works harder. You don't have to walk the walk, just talk the talk it seems with some.

      If you are a traveler for projects you can get minimal notice on time of moving or location of the move for the project. Twice I have had a week notice of a change of location for my next project in a different state.
